How to download (MAC / PrinterProfileDataList)

Below is a list of profile data you will be able to get from this site.
Please read the "License Agreement" provided below and only when you agree to the contents of the agreement, please download the profile data on this site for your use.

How to use the list

Please choose the desirable profile data based on the "Printer model", "Paper manufacturer", "Paper name" and "type".
If you agree to the contents of the "License Agreement", please click "Agree and download" and download the profile data.

"License Agreement"

DO NOT INSTALL OR USE THE PROFILE UNTIL YOU HAVE READ AND ACCEPTED THE LICENSE AGREEMENT (HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS "AGREEMENT").  PERMISSION TO USE THE PROFILE IS CONDITIONAL UPON YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE AGREEMENT.  INSTALLATION OR USE OF THE PROFILE BY YOU WILL BE DEEMED TO BE ACCEPTANCE OF THE AGREEMENT.  ACCEPTANCE WILL BIND YOU TO THE AGREEMENT IN A LEGALLY ENFORCEABLE CONTRACT WITH Noritsu Precision CO., LTD. (HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS "LICENSOR").

If you do not accept the following terms, please click on the "I disagree" button and the Profile will not be installed in your computer.

1. PROPRIETARY AND COPYRIGHTS
The proprietary of or copyrights for the Profile are retained by Licensor.

2. RESTRICTIONS
You may install and use the Profile on a single computer by this Agreement.
You should not rent, sublicense, assign, transfer, distribute or sell to any third party any part or all of the Profile.  The Profile is not supposed to be used for the purposes which make fatal, physical or environmental damage on you or others.  

3. NO WARRANTY
THE PROFILE IS PROVIDED TO YOU `AS IS' WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE WARRANTIES THAT THEY ARE MERCHANTABLE, FIT FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGING. SHOULD THE PROFILE PROVE DEFECTIVE, YOU ASSUME THE ENTIRE COST OF ALL NECESSARY SERVING, REPAIR OR CORRECTION.

4. NO LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES 
IN NO EVENT SHALL LICENSOR IS LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INTERRUPTION OR OTHER COMPENSATORY, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES) ARISING OUT OF THE PROFILE, USE THEREOF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PROFILE EVEN IF LICENSOR HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. 


5. JURISDICTION
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Japan.  You agree to jurisdiction and venue in the courts located in Osaka, Japan with regard to all claims, disputes and litigation arising out of or related to this Agreement.
If any provision of this Agreement is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the provisions hereof shall remain effective.

6. EXPORTATION
You are responsible for and warrant compliance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations, including but not limited to customs laws, import, export, and re-export laws and government regulations of any country.

7. TERM 
This Agreement is effective upon your acceptance hereof by the action to indicate your acceptance or using the Profile and remains in effect until terminated.  You may terminate this Agreement by deleting the Profile including any and all copies thereof.   If you breach any part of this Agreement, this Agreement will be terminated automatically without any notice from Licensor.  In this case you have to delete the Profile including any and all copies thereof in two weeks.
